Pankaj Agrawal
Chief Executive and Technology Officer
Mr. Agrawal, a recognized authority in the
field of high performance data management solutions, is
Compact Solution’s founder and Chief Executive Officer.
He also supports the company as its Chief Technology
Officer and is responsible for the growth and
development of the Company’s European operations.
Pankaj has
amassed over 20 years of experience in designing high
performance data management solutions. Prior to founding
Compact, Pankaj was a Senior Principal with
Knightsbridge Solutions in the Retail and Financial
Services practices. Pankaj also played a key role in
founding Kensington Resources. While at Knightsbridge,
Pankaj was one of the primary authors of their "Ab
Initio Best Practices" and helped define the Project
Management QA program.
Throughout
his distinguished career Pankaj has mentored innumerable
engineers and managers, particularly in the field of
data management. He has architected and managed many
large data management engagements for major clients in
the financial services, retail, and manufacturing
industries. He holds a masters degree in Computer
Science from the University of Illinois.
Grzegorz Swietlik
Director of Polish Operations and Principal Engineer
Grzegorz is a founding director of Compact’s Polish office. In
addition to his administrative responsibilities connected with running the
Polish operations, he is also responsible for technical delivery to Compact’s
key European clients. Prior to joining Compact, Grzegorz held software
engineering positions of increasing responsibility with various Polish
consulting organizations. Grzegorz has designed mission-critical OLTP applications
for logistics; Decision Support Systems; Web based information delivery
systems, and high-volume, high-performance batch data processing systems for
many industries.
Grzegorz holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Krakow's AGH
University of Science and Technology.
Izabela Kochana
Operations Manager, Polish Development
Center, Krakow, Poland
Izabela is responsible for the day-to-day
operations management of Compact Solutions’
Polish Development Center. Iza joined
Compact only a few short months after the
official company registration in Poland and
had an immediately positive impact on the
company. From the beginning, she has played
a crucial role in the formation and growth
of Krakow operations. Her responsibilities
cover a broad spectrum, including the
company’s healthy organizational
development; management of suppliers and
vendors, compliance with all applicable
federal, state and local laws; financial
reporting and accounts payable; benefits and
payroll coordination; and facilities,
equipment and supply management.
Prior to joining Compact, Iza held positions
in customer care, business administration
and organization development with companies
including BP Polska (British Petroleum). She
holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and
Management from AGH University of Science
and Technology in Krakow.
