The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a
Technical Recruiter in either staffing firms or corporate environments.
Must be experienced in handling all the responsibilities targeting the
recruiting efforts. Primary responsibilities include:
- Source candidates utilizing
unique approaches such as direct sourcing, advanced Internet search
tools and participating in industry networking meetings and events.
- Source candidates utilizing
standard tools such as job boards and referrals.
- Write and post jobs to
company website and various Internet job boards and websites.
- Develop and maintain a
solid pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of
prospective hires.
- Conduct thorough phone
screens with in-depth ability to qualify candidate on specific
technologies.
- Perform in-person
interviews with candidates to engage behavioral interviewing
strategies and further evaluate candidates.
- Conduct candidate skills
evaluation testing as required.
- Evaluate, negotiate, extend
and "close" candidates on offers.
